FREE 240 Hour Industrial Maintenance Program

Be prepared to begin a career in INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE in just 10 weeks!

If you enjoy working with your hands, like to work with machines and are looking for a new, high paying career, Industrial Maintenance may be for you! Manufacturing is an important and growing field in the Lehigh Valley and the future outlook in manufacturing is bright! Based on employer need, careers in this occupation are many and varied, with lots of opportunity for growth and promotion.

NCC’s accelerated, free 10-week training program provides participants with the skills needed to fill these high demand, entry level positions with an average starting salary of up to $25/hour.

Ideal for individuals with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, participants will gain foundational skills in manufacturing including: OSHA 10-Safety Training / blueprint reading / electrical and mechanical fabrication / Introduction to PLCs and more!

The program prepares students for a career in Industrial Maintenance or an Apprenticeship while also earning industry-recognized credentials. Veterans and displaced workers are highly encouraged to enroll.

This non-credit program, funded by the PA Dept. of Community and Economic Development, is free to candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED and are authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass a drug screen test and have dependable transportation
  • Meet a minimum score on a Mechanical Aptitude test
  • Be a Pennsylvania resident
