Watch interviews with culinary and field ecology students

PBS39 reporter Stephen Jiwanmall visited the Bethlehem Campus to speak with Karen Klein, associate professor of biology, and her field ecology students about the Northampton Community College’s Bethlehem Campus becoming an accredited arboretum, which is, in a sense, an outdoor museum of trees. Don’t forget to talk a walk around both the Bethlehem and Monroe campuses during peak leaf season, which is expected around the week of October 19 in Pennsylvania! Watch Professor Klein, the students, and the beautiful Bethlehem Campus on PBS39 here.

WFMZ’s Will Lewis came to the Bethlehem Campus to interview two NCC culinary grads who are getting the chance of a lifetime. They’re set to compete on the international stage as the lone representative of the United States. Matthew Kirby and Thomas Traupman are heading to Ningbo, China for the International Young Chefs Association Challenge. Find out what they’ve been doing to practice for this important competition on WFMZ here.
