Northampton Community College’s (NCC) nursing program took first place in the Top 10 Best Nursing Schools in Pennsylvania Offering ADN (associate degree in nursing) Programs. NursingProcess.org evaluated 147 nursing schools in Pennsylvania approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, with 26 of the schools offering associate degree programs.

"Without question, this ranking reflects the combined efforts of dedicated faculty, staff and highly motivated students," says Mary Jean Osborne, director of nursing programs at NCC.

NCC's nursing program gives students the proper skills and knowledge required to have a competitive advantage in their field. NursingProcess.org states, "If you are currently working, you can even opt for the evening/weekend courses offered every even year. The curriculum combines general education and nursing courses, and to hone your practical skills, extensive clinical experiences are provided at a variety of healthcare settings."
