Interior Decorating Certificate
The certificate consists of 2 courses, 18 hours each, and the choice of one 3 hour elective for a total of 39 hours.
The interior decorating certificate is ideal for those who are interested in further developing their personal interest in home design. Whether you want to pursue a fun hobby or begin to explore career options as a designer or decorator, the certificate will give you insights into secrets of professional interior designers. Classes are hands-on. Work on projects is expected in between class time. To receive a certificate, all courses listed below must be completed within a two year period. Individual classes are open to students not seeking the full certificate.
The instructor, Victoria Castillo, is an interior design consultant with clients in New York, New Jersey, the Poconos and the Lehigh Valley. She also writes a column for the Pocono Record providing decorating tips.
