Make Progress on Your Degree, or Lighten Your Spring Course load

Taking a winter course at NCC allows you to finish certain courses in an accelerated time frame, or help you meet certain graduation requirements sooner. All courses are offered online, allowing you to earn credits while still relaxing on winter break!

  • Classes run Dec. 18, 2017 - Jan. 12, 2018
  • Credits earned can be transferred to other colleges
  • Registration closes December 11, 2017 (for New or Visiting students)
  • Registration closes December 15, 2017 (for current NCC students)

Winter Session Course Offerings

Courses in various academic areas of interest are offered during NCC's winter session. All classes are exclusively online, which allows you to earn credits that transfer to your college or university while still relaxing during your winter break.   • ARTA 130: Intro to website design (3 credits)
  • BIOS 105: Contemporary Biology - Section A (4 credits)
  • BIOS 105: Contemporary Biology - Section B (4 credits)
  • HIST 163: American History II (3 credits)
  • PSYC 258: Developmental Psychology (3 credits)
  • PSYC 103: Introduction to Psychology (3 credits)
  • NUTR 105: Introduction to Nutrition (3 credits)
  • MATH 120: The Nature of Mathematics (3 credits)

Apply Now for Winter Session

Before registering for a course, new NCC students (including guest/visiting students) must apply. For more information, view our Admissions page.

You may not need to apply if you've already been accepted to Northampton but haven't taken a class in more than a semester. Simply fill out a re-admit form to get back on track.

Financial Aid

  • Financial Aid is not available for Winter Session only classes
  • Veterans education benefits can be used for Winter Session. Submit schedule to Student Veterans Services.
