Congratulations on Becoming a Spartan!
We are incredibly excited to meet you! In order to register for classes, most new students must attend a Student Orientation.
- Guest/visiting students are not required to complete Orientation but participation is encouraged.
- Incoming dual enrollment students are required to complete Orientation. We recommend opting for the Dual Enrollment version of Orientation.
- All other new students are required to complete Orientation.
Most sessions are online and last 60–90 minutes.
Fall classes are open for registration. Before signing up for classes, complete orientation and meet with an advisor. We encourage you to complete orientation as soon as possible.
During Orientation, you'll learn about sending in your transcripts, completing your FAFSA, logging into your Student Workday account, accessing your NCC email and more. When possible, we recommend that students join the online sessions from a computer or laptop rather than a mobile device.

- Thurs. July 23 from 5–6:30 pm ET
- Mon. July 27 from 6:30–8 pm ET
- Wed. July 29 from 12–1:30 pm ET
- Tues. August 4 from 12–1:30 pm ET
- Wed. August 5 from 5–6:30 pm ET
- Thurs. August 6 from 12–1:30 pm ET
- Mon. August 10 from 12–1:30 pm ET
- Tues. August 11 from 5–6:30 pm ET
- Wed. August 12 from 6:30–8 pm ET
- Thurs. August 13 from 12–1:30 pm ET
- Fri. August 14 from 10–11:30 am ET
