Interested students can learn more about NCC's Craft Distillery Specialized Diploma program that covers everything from the fundamentals of distillation operations, to quality control and sensory analysis. Learn craft fermentation production, craft beverage sales and distribution, beverage sensory analysis, beverage process management and compliance. Program includes an experiential-learning practicum with an approved craft beverage facility.
