NCC's Culinary Team is excited to announce our first Supper Club of 2024! These 5 course seasonal tasting menus are offered quarterly to coincide with the change of seasons. We are excited to present a Valentine's Day inspired menu for this dinner. Each dinner will partner with a different local vendor and highlight their ingredients. This dinner will highlight Stone Farm Cellars. These dinners give us a chance to develop relationships with local vendors and show off all the Lehigh Valley has to offer.
