Breast Cancer Awareness Event - Sponsored by Hispanic Caucus

Did you know that - Breast cancer is the leading cause of death in Hispanic women, as well as in all women? Hispanic women are about 30% more likely to die from breast cancer, and they are also more likely to be diagnosed at a younger age and with a more aggressive type of breast cancer.

It's crucial to take action to reduce this risk (see attached flyer).

The Hispanic Caucus is partnering with the PA Breast Cancer Coalition (PBCC) to raise awareness about this important issue.

We want to invite you to attend the opening of the photo exhibit titled "67 Women, 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania".
The exhibit will be showcased at the college's Laub Lounge from Saturday, September 14, through Sunday, September 22.
