Celebrate the Autumn Equinox at the East 40 with a StorySlam

Celebrating the seasons is one of our favorite traditions at NCC's East 40 - located on the eastern acreage of the Bethlehem campus, we are home to a small farm, community gardens, classrooms and studios, kilns, beehives, and beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy.

All are welcome to join us as we greet the arrival of fall with our Autumn Equinox celebration. We'll gather at the East 40 on Sunday, Sept. 22 between 3-5 pm - drop by anytime!

"As the warmth of summer gives way to the crisp embrace of fall, gather around the fire at the East 40 to experience metamorphasis through the power of spoken word. From personal transformations to nature’s own transitions, share or listen to tales that capture the beauty and challenge of change as the seasons shift."

This Autumn Equinox "Story Slam" is part of NCC's initiative, "The 2024-2025 Annual Humanities Program: Stories That Shape Us: Turn the Page, Connect, Engage!", supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
