Red Cross Babysitter Training - Horizons for Youth
For kids in Grades 6-9. Must be 11 years old by completion of class and attend all of the class to receive a certificate.Earn the respected Red Cross Babysitter's Certificate. Topics include hands-on practice in dressing and diapering, recognizing safety hazards, basic first aid, emergency procedures, safe toys, playing with and disciplining children. Bring lunch. Bring lunch and a 15 inch baby doll or bigger. Class meets twice, October 5 and October 12.
