Combat Stigma Speaker Panel
As part of our ongoing efforts to support student veterans, we are excited to announce our Combat Stigma event series. Please find the details below.Promoting mental health in our community is crucial for fostering a supportive and understanding environment where everyone can thrive. By raising awareness about conditions such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), we can break down the stigma surrounding mental health and ensure that those affected receive the care and compassion they deserve. It’s essential to educate the community on the signs, challenges, and treatment options for PTSD and TBI so that individuals feel empowered to seek help without fear of judgment. Through open dialogue, resources, and support, we can create a stronger, more empathetic community where mental health is prioritized, and every person’s well-being is valued. Let’s work together to raise awareness, foster understanding, and promote healing for all.
