On February 18th, 2025 at approximately 6:12PM, the Department of Public Safety received a report of a sexual assault. The victim reports being sexually assaulted approximately 2 weeks ago while in the residence hall by individuals that were known to her. The case is being investigated by the Bethlehem Township Police Department.
Always Take Precautions
- Sex without consent is sexual assault. A person can withdraw their consent at any time.
- A "no" in any form is always enough.
- Call Public Safety if you need an escort or feel uncomfortable.
- Trust your instincts. If you feel unsafe, get to a safe place and call for help.
- Tell someone where you are going and who you are with.
