“Wild Style”: Celebrating Hip Hop’s First Film and its Pioneers
As a part of NCC's celebration of 50 Years of Hip Hop, this upcoming Thursday, January 25, 2024, a showing of the Hip Hop culture's first film, Wild Style, with short panel and performances by MCs and DJs.
The event will take place at the ArtQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA. Director, Charlie Ahearn, will hold a Q & A before the film and Bronx Hip Hop pioneers featured in the film, Cold Crush Brothers and Grandmixer DXT, will be performing live afterwards.
