Celebrate the Summer Solstice
The East 40 welcomes everyone to our third annual Summer Solstice celebration!Drop by anytime between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Friday, June 20 at the East 40 (the 40+ acres on the east side of the Bethlehem campus - link to map, below). Let's celebrate the longest day of the year with good conversation to welcome the new season. Bring your lunch, if you're inclined, and we'll provide beverages and snacks.
You can meet our 2025 summer Artists-in-Residence - Rain Black, Kat Bohn and Erika Salus - between noon-1 p.m. They'll be available to talk about their projects.
Danielle Schwesinger, the East 40's new beekeeper, will also be on hand to show the hives and answer your questions.
This would be a great opportunity to get outdoors and explore our beautiful acreage, including the woods, meadows, walking trails, Poetry Walk and Poetry Rocks!, our new interactive art installation.
