Northampton Community College (NCC) has earned the 2026 Highly Established Action Plan Seal of recognition from the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge. The college is one of 129 campuses that received the 2026 seal.
ALL IN has developed this seal of recognition for higher education institutions with strong action plans to increase nonpartisan democratic engagement by promoting civic learning, political engagement, voter participation on their campus, and democratic engagement activities, during and between elections. Action plan strength is determined by reviewing campus action plans with the Strengthening American Democracy Action Planning Guide (SADG) Rubric.
This is the third time NCC has received this recognition.

The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge empowers colleges and universities to achieve excellence in nonpartisan student democratic engagement. The All IN Campus Democracy Challenge is a national awards program. The Challenge encourages higher education institutions to help students form the habits of active and informed citizenship and make democratic participation a core value on their campus.
