Leadership Class
Engage in leadership self-assessments and self-exploration, network with high-profile Lehigh Valley leaders, enhance your résumé, and increase your confidence and public-speaking skills in the Spring Leadership Class, a 10-week non-credit course offered each spring semester.
To apply for this competitive program, submit an application and at least one letter of recommendation during the fall semester. If you are a finalist, you will receive an invitation to an interview. The final cohort consists of approximately 16 students.

- Leading with a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lens
- Managing vs. Leading
- Stages of Group Development
- Authentic, Civic, and Servant Leadership
- Storytelling as a Tool for Inspiring a Shared Vision
- Conflict Management & Resolution
- Self-Care & Leadership

- Wind Creek Bethlehem
Thanks to the generosity of the NCC Foundation, all course materials, transportation, and light meals are provided to students at no cost.
