What Is THRIVE?
THRIVE is a grassroots alliance made up of NCC staff, students, faculty and administrators. Utilizing a systems approach, we recognize the importance of collective well-being and wellness. As a result, THRIVE has a presence at each NCC campus location. We united in the summer of 2018 and have been thriving ever since. Our commitment to a mentally well and healthy NCC community is what drives our eclectic programming and initiatives.
Mission Statement
THRIVE is dedicated to prioritizing the mental health and well-being of all individuals at Northampton Community College. We do so by promoting mental wellness, advocating for a culture of caring, de-stigmatizing mental health, improving access to mental health resources, and increasing suicide prevention efforts across the campus.
