Plus, most winter classes are 100% online giving you the flexibility to fit your schedule. Please note: students can register for a maximum of 7 credits during the Winter Session.
- Winter courses will begin December 16, 2026 and end January 12, 2027.
- Register for winter courses between September 29 and December 15.
- New students are required to attend Orientation before registering for classes.

Prospective/First time Students
First, complete an application in our Admissions Portal. Select "Fall 2026" as your anticipated start. Next, complete the steps outline in our enrollment checklist. New students must complete Orientation Part 1 prior to registering for courses.
Financial Aid and Winter Courses
At NCC, the academic year begins with the fall semester and ends with the summer semester. Winter courses are considered part of the fall semester. If you are eligible for additional aid for winter, your financial aid will be adjusted upon registration for winter courses.
