Stay up on the latest updates by following us on social, and subscribing to a special "Farm Market Update" email, sent on Mondays, and/or a text message, sent on Tuesdays beginning in May.

2026 Schedule:
The 2026 market season kicks off on Wednesday, June 3, outdoors on the main campus Quad, running from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The market features fresh, locally grown produce, flowers, baked goods, coffee, honey, ceramics, and more.
June 3 - September 30: Located in the Quad
October 7 - November 25: Located in College Center, Second Floor

FREE, CONVIENENT PARKING: Enter campus at the Green Pond entrance, and drive straight ahead to the Student Enrollment Center. To your left you'll see a gated lot (Lot F). Enter the lot and park. Follow the signs to our market, and ask for a complimentary parking voucher that you can use to exit the lot.

Bio:The East 40 Farm is Northampton Community College's working educational farm, where students, staff, and community members learn and grow together. We cultivate fresh vegetables, herbs, flowers, and specialty crops using sustainable growing practices, while providing hands-on learning opportunities and community programming. Every purchase supports local food production, agricultural education, and the next generation of growers.
Anticipated 2026 season schedule: East 40 staff will be on site every week June-November. We will have scattered offerings of produce throughout the season. We thank you for your patience and support as we navigate our first growing season!
Bio: The NCC Culinary Department brings fresh, student-made baked goods and savory specialties to market each week. Featuring recipes and techniques currently being taught in the classroom, these offerings highlight the creativity, skill, and hard work of the next generation of culinary professionals.

Bio: Bub’s Breads is a Bethlehem-based artisan sourdough bakery founded by chef-turned-baker Michael Joyce. Using naturally leavened dough, freshly milled flour, and locally sourced Pennsylvania grains, Bub’s creates handcrafted breads and baked goods that celebrate quality ingredients and traditional baking methods. Inspired by community and a passion for local agriculture, every loaf is made with care, bringing fresh, flavorful bread to the Lehigh Valley.

Bio: Hahn Acre Bushel and Bloom was established in 2023. What began as a way to share extra produce has grown into a business that helps feed a community. Along with her husband and children, Lauren operates a roadside stand at her home in Moore Township in addition to participation in local markets providing plant starts, seasonal produce, cut flowers, and Christmas greens.

Bio: Beau Flower Farm is a small urban flower farm rooted in intention, soil health, and community. Grown in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, the focus is on specialty cut flowers you won’t find at big box stores. Lisianthus, cosmos, snapdragons, dahlias, and unique fillers all chosen for strong stems, movement, and that “wait… what is that?” kind of bouquet.
Everything is grown on-site and thoughtfully sourced from other local farms, creating bouquets that reflect the season while supporting a wider growing community.

Bio: Based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Lathers and Lotions creates handcrafted goat milk soaps, lotions, and natural skincare products made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and a passion for healthy skin. Founded from a personal journey to find gentle, nourishing solutions for eczema-prone skin, owner Tammy, has spent more than 15 years developing small-batch products designed to cleanse, moisturize, and care for the skin without harsh chemicals or detergents.

Bio: Clean Aromas creates handcrafted hair and body care products designed to nourish, restore, and elevate everyday self-care routines. Specializing in shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, body butters, and other wellness essentials, Clean Aromas focuses on quality ingredients and thoughtfully crafted formulas that leave customers feeling refreshed and cared for.

Bio: Student vendor, Madison Bailey of Tigerly Ceramics, creates unique ceramic whimsical animals and hand thrown pieces. Her collection of pieces brings a touch of creativity and charm to everyday life, making each piece truly special.

Bio: Divine Dreamer's Readings and Shoppe brings a touch of magic and handmade charm to the Farmer's Market by offering am array of tarot services and uniquely crafted crochet goods.
