Other options include career panel discussions, resume and mock interview nights, networking events, classroom and student club presentations and much more. We aim to provide the employer with valuable opportunities to engage with students on campus. Reach out to the Career Development at careers@northampton.edu

The Center for Career Development at NCC hosts numerous career fairs at both the Bethlehem and Monroe Campus. Employers have the opportunity to connect with students and alumni for different opportunities, including jobs and internships. Our fairs draw students from different majors. Registration for fairs can be found on Handshake or contact Jacqui for more information.

Employers can interview and meet with students (in-person or virtually) for jobs and internships. Contact Career Development to discuss the steps and to schedule.

Promote your organization by hosting a table in a key area on campus so students can stop by and speak to you about your organization and/or positions.

Introduce students to your organization (in-person or virtual). Discuss information such as the organization’s culture, job and internship opportunities, and other recruitment details. Typically, employers conduct a 30-minute presentation, followed by 15-30 minutes for Q&A.

Build your brand and reach a wide audience. Have your current job posting or upcoming event promoted on the Career Development Social Media channels. Reach students and alumni across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our campus Bulletin Boards.

  • Recorded discussion with a Career Development staff member.
  • This virtual session will be moderated by Career Development. After a brief Career Development introduction, employers will discuss information about the organization, current and potential future jobs/internships, and how candidates can learn more or apply to positions.
  • Session will be recorded to be shared with students.
  • Sessions generally last 5-10 minutes, depending on information presented.
  • Career Development will create and share with you a Zoom link for the session.
