Ready to join the Reibman Hall or Hannig Family Children's Center community? Here's how to get started, whether you're enrolling an infant, a preschooler, or a school-age child for our new Before & After School Care program.

Steps to Apply for Childcare at NCC
- Schedule a tour. Not required, but we highly recommend families visit our Children's Centers before applying. We'd love to meet you! Contact Reibman Hall (Bethlehem) at 610-861-5477 or Hannig Family Children's Center (Pocono) at 570-369-1860 to schedule a visit.
- Complete an application. A separate application must be completed for each child. Download an application form here or pick up a paper copy at either location.
- Submit your application. All applications must be submitted to the Bursar's office with a non-refundable $75.00 application fee for each child. Further instructions on where to submit your forms and payment can be found here.
Enrollment is offered based on availability. When your application is accepted, our Scheduling Assistant will contact you to set up an intake appointment.
At your intake appointment, our team will reivew final paperwork with you. All paperwork must be completed before your child's start date. You and your child (or children) will also get to visit their classroom, meet their teachers and start getting excited for their first day!
Child Care Rates & Billing
Our tuition rates are updated annually and vary based on which care program you choose. Families are billed a month in advance based on the fee agreement. Payments are due on the first day of the month.
We also offer special discounted rates for Northampton Community College students, faculty and staff.

Waiting List
Admission to our Children's Centers is subject to the availability of space. If the days and hours you request for childcare are not available, you will be notified by our Scheduling Assistant. Your information will remain on the waiting list through the following year, and we will contact you if a spot opens up.
